    Sure! Everything you need to do is simply send us domain info here and we’ll do the rest.

    Can I buy out my shop on SaaS/buy a license for my SaaS shop?

    Yes, of course! All you need to do is to place an order for the license (price is USD 649). All you data will be saved and transferred.

  • Can I transfer data from my trial version?

    Yes, of course! You can do it anytime you want. However, please note that there should be less than 5 days after the trial period is over since the info is deleted from server.

    Can I edit the source code when on SaaS?

    No, all the changes on SaaS are performed by our team. Please contact us here for custom changes.

  • Can I change the my pricing plan?

    No problem! You can upgrade your pricing plan or purchase a license anytime you want. Please contact us here in order to calculate the costs of pricing plan upgrade.

    How to turn on statistics tracking on my webshop?

  • If I buy a domain registration from you whom it will be assigned to?

    The domain will be assigned to you or any other private person or legal entity you specify.

    Do I need to buy hosting on SaaS?

    No, our SaaS is based on highly reliable cloud hosting Microsoft Azure (all pricing except “Starter”, which is served by another hosting). All backup and maintenance is executed on our side. The hosting costs are included in pricing plans.
